SALMAN
BHOJANI
Salman Bhojani serves as the company’s Co-Founder and Managing Partner. Salman graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.S. in Business Administration and Southern Methodist University with a J.D. along with a Comparative Law Degree from the University of Oxford. Before launching his own law firm, Salman practiced law at the Dallas office of Haynes and Boone, LLP, an international corporate firm. Salman then founded Bhojani Capital, LLC (doing business as Bhojani Holdings, LLC) and since then, has been investing in commercial, residential, industrial, land, and special use real estate accumulating over $500,000,000 in lifetime assets under management (AUM) and boasting a 20% IRR. Bhojani Capital has investments across the continental United States as well as Alaska.
Salman also has a great passion for giving back to the community. He spent time as a Leader within Boy Scout Troop 758 and a State Representative in the Texas House of Representatives serving the 188,000 people in his district (2023-present). Salman formerly served on the Euless City Council (2018-2021) and on the Euless Parks and Recreation Board (2014-2018). Salman has lived on three continents but calls Texas his home. He enjoys traveling, running, hiking, playing ping pong, and spending time with his family!

BHOJANI
Nima Bhojani serves as the company’s Co-Founder and Business Manager. Nima graduated from the University of Mumbai with a B.S. in Accounting and Audit and University of North Texas with a B.S. in Business Communications and Information Systems along with the University of Texas at Arlington with a certificate in Mediation Dispute Resolution. After a successful career operating a title company, Nima brings great expertise and experience in real estate to Bhojani Capital, LLC. She has closed transactions with a total worth north of $700,000,000 and has brokered many deals in commercial, residential, industrial, and land real estate. Nima is also a licensed escrow officer with the Texas Department of Insurance since 2015 and a licensed real estate agent with the Texas Real Estate Commission since 2019.
Nima is a proud mother of two children: Aarish and Raisha Bhojani and enjoys spending time with them. She is also very active in the community and passionate about serving others through her service as a Girl Scout Leader and her work with global non-profit organizations.
